But day 5 came, and the order was still in production. Day 10, still stuck! By day 11, I had to call customer service just to ask for a shipping refund because these glasses were nowhere in sight. Even then, I was told they were still 6 days out on delivery. It's now day 19 or whatever, and I still have no glasses! This whole ordeal compelled me to reach out to their customer service, desperate for a resolution, and now to share my story.
Customer: I am absolutely furious. I paid for express shipping, 3-5 days, because my old glasses broke and I desperately need these. It's been nearly three weeks, and I still don't have them! CS Rep: I completely understand your frustration, and I sincerely apologize for the significant delay with your order. Let me pull up your details. I see you ordered on March 30th with express shipping. Customer: Yes, exactly! And it's Day 19! You can't just take my money for express shipping and then deliver almost a month later. What are you going to do about this? CS Rep: You are absolutely right. The express shipping fee will be immediately refunded to your original payment method. We can also attempt to escalate the production and shipping of your order to see if we can get a more precise delivery date for you today. Customer: A refund on shipping is fine, but it doesn't fix the fact that I'm practically blind here. When will I actually get my glasses? Is there any way to guarantee them sooner?
