I'm writing this as a warning to anyone considering this website. My old glasses broke, so I was in a desperate situation. I ordered a new pair on March 30th and paid extra for 3-5 day express shipping, hoping for a quick solution. My experience turned into a nightmare. This is a "terrible company. Ordered glasses March 30th, paid for express shipping 3-5 because my old glasses broke. Day 5 roles around still in production, day 10 still in production." After more than a week with no updates, I was forced to call their customer service line to find out what was happening.
Customer: My order was placed on March 30th and I paid for 3-5 day shipping. It’s day 11 and the status is still ‘in production.’ Can you explain this? My old glasses are broken and I need these urgently.
CS Rep: I am very sorry to hear about the delay and your situation. Let me check your order details. I see it is still in the production phase. I sincerely apologize for this extended wait time.
Customer: An apology doesn't help me see. I paid for express service that you failed to provide. I want a refund for the shipping charge, and I want to know when I'll actually get my glasses.
