Everything about working with GlassesUSA was great until the glasses defect surfaced. I paid for premium lenses including the $48 extra for the Super Hydrophobic coating, but these lenses are nearly impossible to clean. Despite their '365-day warranty,' they only offered a 50% store credit for what is clearly a defect. The worst part is that it is not possible to speak to a live agent via phone. This frustrating process is why I felt compelled to share my review and engage with their support team, hoping for a real solution.
